We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Lead Product Owner - Legal Systems to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise legal technology solutions. This role supports systems across Board Portals, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sustainability, Legal Compliance, and Vendor Onboarding processes. This role requires the ability to develop and sustain strong business relationships to effectively drive alignment, adoption, and delivery of legal technology solutions.
The Legal Systems Lead Product Owner serves as a strategic bridge between Legal Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant legal solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong domain expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, tax and regulatory workflows, and modern legal technology platforms.
This position plays a critical role in delivering high‑impact, enterprise‑grade legal systems that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and architectural standards.
Your Impact
Delivery & Execution: Drive end‑to‑end requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery for Legal IT projects and BAU initiatives, including feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and hands‑on solution design when needed. Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution while mentoring cross‑functional teams to support successful solution adoption.
Architecture & Technical Leadership: Serve as technical lead for legal systems, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and alignment with best practices and enterprise standards. Own solution and integration architecture across the enterprise tech stack while driving AI, automation, and intelligent workflows in legal platforms, ensuring security and audit compliance.
