Location: Kraków (hybrid mode - 3 days per week in the office)

Sabre is looking for a Lead Product Owner who will be responsible for the product vision, investment, planning, and execution for two of our core platform experiences: Sabre Store and Sabre Partner Hub

Sabre Store is our premier single self-service marketplace for shopping and purchasing innovative travel solutions, while the Sabre Partner Hub is the open platform connecting supply and demand between our Developer Partners and connected agencies. In this role, you will be heavily focused on driving commercial success, developing robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and championing seamless, self-service experiences for our users.

You will capture market needs, customer input, and usage data, translating those into user stories that support the company’s technical innovation and revenue goals. You will deeply understand these platforms' architecture and capabilities to drive high-impact roadmap initiatives. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical skills, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Role and Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership:

  • Drive product vision, strategy, and business requirements for Sabre Store and Sabre Partner Hub.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive platform adoption, partner engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Manage the product investment decisions, scope, roadmap, and priorities.

  • Understand and monitor the competitive and market landscape for B2B travel marketplaces and developer ecosystems.

  • Act as the commercial champion for your products, supporting sales engineering, delivery, and customer care teams.

Product Execution & Roadmap Delivery:

  • Spearhead the transition to low-friction, self-service experiences

  • Manage critical enterprise integrations

  • Deliver robust capabilities in for Sabre PMs, Marketplace App Providers, and Developer Partners.

  • Ensure alignment to the broader technology strategy throughout the product life cycle.

Agile & Technical Execution:

  • Act as the primary subject-matter expert (SME)

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; create, refine, and prioritize the scrum team's backlog.

  • Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot maintenance and operational issues.

  • Conduct internal and external product demos as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Core Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Owner's area, ideally leading B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or developer ecosystems.

  • Proven track record and strong bias for designing, launching, and scaling self-service user experiences and administrative portals.

  • Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in developing, managing, or heavily integrating Salesforce products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Business and technology-oriented, possessing the ability to present compelling, technology-grounded solutions to complex business needs.

  • Strong ownership mindset for individual and team objectives, blending tactical execution with strategic thinking to ensure measurable results.

  • Excellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects (such as concurrent platform migrations and enterprise integrations).

  • Ability to successfully navigate a multi-stakeholder environment, balancing competing priorities across diverse internal teams, external customers, and developer partners.

  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative, and geographically distributed environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills;

  • Strong storyteller and story mapper, capable of clearly defining a product’s feature set and value proposition.

  • Abundant curiosity to delve into unfamiliar areas and quickly become proficient.

Education & Industry Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience with Airline technology, Full-Service Carriers, Low-Cost Carriers, or Travel Agencies is preferred.

  • Knowledge of emerging trends in travel retailing, e-commerce, and B2B marketplaces (e.g., AI/ML, dynamic offers).

  • Tech-savvy; able to engage effectively with Engineering architecture colleagues to drive sustainable technical solutions (understanding of APIs, enterprise software development, and systems integration).
