🎯 Mission & Core Purpose
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join iubenda, someone who excels at simplifying complex tech products and translating them into compelling narratives. In this role, you will act as the liaison between Product, Marketing (particularly Content and Brand), and Operations, ensuring alignment across teams. You'll report to the Head of Product, and you will shape go-to-market strategies, define how we position our product portfolio, and ensure that customers clearly understand the value we deliver.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Definingproduct positioning and messaging, making sure every selling point is sharp, relevant, and customer-driven;
Owning theproduct-led growth strategy, defining priorities and long-term direction;
Leadinggo-to-market planning and executionfor new features from announcement to launch;
Develop ing use casesgrounded in real customer needs, translating them into compelling narratives;
Conductingmarket research and competitive intelligenceto inform strategy and keep us ahead of the curve;
Drivingsales enablement by creating materials and supporting the Sales team with the knowledge and tools they need;
Tracking and reporting ongrowth-related goals and identifying areas for improvement.
💡 Experience & Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing;
Strong experience in positioning heavily technical SaaS features, starting from customer needs analysis (pain/gain framework) through to messaging and GTM execution;
Solid understanding of software development dynamics; and of SaaS functionalities and metrics;
A proactive mindset and a genuine drive to contribute to the company's growth;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Full proficiency in English;

Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments;
A background in martech or in legal tech;
Familiarity with marketing tools.
