Your Mission

Lead the product function across a portfolio of SaaS platforms—owning the roadmap, pipeline, and delivery—while building and developing a high‑performing team of product professionals to deliver
meaningful, scalable outcomes for the business.

  • Define and drive a clear, prioritised product roadmap aligned to business strategy
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers / Product Owners
  • Own the end‑to‑end pipeline—from idea intake through to delivery and optimisation
  • Deliver scalable, secure SaaS platforms that improve how the business operates
  • Align stakeholders and balance competing priorities across value, risk, and delivery

  • Cyber Specialists and incident response teams
  • Business Services and technology partners

You Might Be

An experienced Product Manager or Product Lead who has moved into, or is ready to step into, people leadership—comfortable balancing both team development and product delivery.

You bring:

  • Experience managing SaaS or digital platforms in complex environments
  • Confidence in owning roadmaps, pipelines, and competing priorities
  • A commercially minded, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to align stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Clear communication with the ability to make sound decisions with imperfect information and enjoy building both high-performing teams and scalable products that deliver real impact.

About the role

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for leading the product function across key legal technology SaaS platforms and initiatives. This role combines people leadership, strategic product direction, and delivery oversight—ensuring that product development is aligned to business
strategy, client needs, and operational priorities.

You will lead a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, manage a pipeline of initiatives, and own the product roadmap—balancing innovation, risk, and delivery in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can take ownership of platform innovation and enhancement while developing team capability and driving operational maturity.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product vision and multi‑year roadmap across key digital platforms including the embedding of AI
  • Translate business strategy into clear product priorities and deliverable outcomes
  • Manage and continuously refine the product roadmap based on business value, risk, and capacity
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders, including legal, cyber, operations, and leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and iteration
  • Identify opportunities to automate, optimise, and scale digital processes
  • Embed best practice in product management, including governance and documentation

Pipeline & Initiative Management

  • Own the end‑to‑end SaaS delivery pipeline—from idea intake through to delivery and
    optimisation
  • Establish and manage prioritisation frameworks to balance competing initiatives
  • Oversee initiative sizing, sequencing, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure strong governance across initiatives, including business cases, benefits tracking, and reporting

People Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers / Product Owners
  • Establish clear ways of working, delivery standards, and product management practices
  • Support career development, performance management, and capability uplift across the team
  • Foster a high‑performance, accountable, and collaborative culture

Delivery Oversight & Execution

  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes are met
  • Ensure product teams are effectively managing backlogs and delivery cadence
  • Work closely with vendors, data, and business teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Remove delivery blockers and enable teams to operate efficiently

Stakeholder & Commercial Alignment

  • Act as the primary interface between product, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • Align product decisions with commercial priorities, client outcomes, and risk considerations
  • Support business case development, investment decisions, and ROI tracking
  • Manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly

Key skills and experience

  • Proven experience in Product Management (Senior / Lead level)
  • Proven experience in managing legal technology platforms (preferred)
  • Strong experience in owning and delivery a portfolio of SaaS platforms (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, pipelines, and multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring and developing teams
  • Experience working in complex, regulated, or professional services environments (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong commercial thinking—able to balance value, risk, and delivery
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
