A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager of HR Technology & Associate Experience to drive the strategy and execution of mission-critical Associate journeys and internal platform surfaces across Lennar's core digital experiences. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can influence cross-functional teams, set product quality and delivery standards, and consistently raise the bar for product excellence. You will shape the roadmap for the Associate and HR Operations experiences, partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and mentor other PMs to amplify their impact.

This is a rare opportunity to lead at scale, shaping critical outcomes while demonstrating exceptional ownership, product craft, and strategic clarity.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Associate experience with a clear point of view and focus on HR Operations and business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to ship high-quality features and platform capabilities, specifically in Service Now.
  • Drive the adoption of product standards, playbooks, and quality benchmarks that raise the bar across teams.
  • Manage product development efforts across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on vision, sequencing, and delivery.
  • Translate complex technical or business inputs into compelling narratives that enable sound decision-making.
  • Set and track success metrics that demonstrate progress, impact, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build credibility and influence with senior leaders by delivering data-backed product updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Mentor PMs across the team by sharing frameworks, providing feedback, and modeling exceptional product thinking.
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we build and ship products by codifying repeatable best practices.

Your Toolbox

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant area) with working experience as Product Owner preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years operating at a senior or lead level within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes initiatives across teams and functions.
  • Strong product judgment and craft, with a track record of shipping impactful products at scale.
  • Experience setting product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Ability to synthesize complex problems and communicate them with clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management, especially in matrixed or distributed orgs.
  • Deep curiosity and customer empathy; you regularly validate assumptions and build with the user in mind.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; able to bring structure and focus to evolving environments.
  • Passion for mentoring others and improving the overall quality of the product function.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience in HR Service Delivery, Employee center pro, or Service Now AI capabilities
  • We’re looking for a leader who is both hungry to drive meaningful impact and humble enough to continuously learn and grow alongside their team.
