We are looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager with a strategic vision to manage the full publishing cycle of MOBILE games in Brazil and LATAM. This person will be responsible for integrating developers, marketing, operations, and technology, managing a dedicated Product team, and ensuring that every published title reaches its maximum market potential and engagement in the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Define and execute the game publishing strategy, from initial evaluation to post-launch.
Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, scheduling, and performance goals.
Lead and develop a dedicated Product team, ensuring strategic alignment and professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, community, support, QA, operations) to ensure deliverables meet product objectives.
Manage relationships with developers and external partners, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.
Monitor KPIs such as ARPU, MAU, NRU, retention, conversion, and LTV, proposing continuous improvements.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
Act as the product’s voice internally, ensuring visibility and alignment with executive leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or game publishing with mobile focus.
Experience in team leadership.
Deep knowledge of the gaming market.
Strong analytical skills to work with performance and user behavior data.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent English.
Experience with distribution platforms (App Store, Google Play).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data.ai, Sensor Tower) and project management tools (Click-Up, Trello, Monday).

Experience with localized launches for the Brazilian market.
Knowledge of free-to-play monetization models.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence and prompt usage for process and product strategy optimization.
Knowledge in BI and dashboards.
