Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-oriented Lead Product Manager to identify, shape, and launch the next generation of reusable enterprise digital capabilities.

This is a software product management role, not a traditional backlog or requirements-management role. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, design, data, AI, and business strategy to turn complex enterprise needs into scalable platform products that can be adopted across businesses and markets.

You will operate in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces where the answer is not yet known. You will be expected to learn quickly, form a point of view, identify the right thin slice, make pragmatic trade-offs, and create momentum from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

  • A builder who is energized by creating new software products and platform capabilities, not only maintaining established roadmaps.

  • A self-directed problem solver who can create structure, make decisions, and move work forward without waiting for detailed direction.

  • A product leader who can shift fluidly between strategy, discovery, technical trade-offs, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.

  • Someone who has succeeded in a fast-paced technology company, fintech, SaaS business, digital consultancy, product studio, agency, or growth-stage environment.

  • A pragmatic operator who values speed, evidence, and learning, while designing for security, reuse, scale, and long-term sustainability.

What You Will Own

Opportunity Discovery & Product Strategy

  • Translate enterprise strategy and leadership direction into concrete software product opportunities, target users, jobs to be done, and measurable outcomes.

  • Rapidly learn unfamiliar domains, assess existing platforms and market patterns, and identify where a reusable capability can solve meaningful customer or business problems.

  • Frame ambiguous problem spaces into clear hypotheses, product principles, success measures, risks, and prioritized opportunities.

  • Form and defend an evidence-based product point of view while adapting quickly as new information emerges.

MVP & Solution Definition

  • Define the smallest meaningful MVP or thin slice that can validate value, usability, feasibility, and adoption potential.

  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, data, security, and privacy to shape feasible, API-enabled, reusable, and scalable solutions.

  • Turn discovery insights into clear product requirements, user journeys, technical considerations, experiments, and delivery priorities.

  • Make explicit trade-offs across customer value, speed, quality, risk, technical sustainability, and future extensibility.

0→1 Execution & Launch

  • Own product execution end to end, from initial concept and discovery through build, launch, adoption, and early iteration.

  • Create and maintain an outcome-based roadmap, delivery plan, decision log, backlog, and measurement framework.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through uncertainty, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and drive timely decisions.

  • Stay close to the work and the customer, using prototypes, experiments, data, and feedback to reduce risk and accelerate learning.

  • Define launch readiness, go-to-market and enablement needs, adoption partners, and post-launch learning plans.

Scaling & Product Evolution

  • Use product performance, customer feedback, and adoption data to determine what to improve, stop, scale, or reuse.

  • Evolve successful proof points into durable platform capabilities that can support multiple journeys, businesses, and markets.

  • Identify opportunities to connect capabilities, reduce duplication, and improve the enterprise product ecosystem.

  • Translate learning into roadmap choices, investment recommendations, and clear scaling decisions.

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

  • Communicate product direction, decisions, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

  • Build alignment across global and market stakeholders while maintaining accountability for product outcomes and delivery momentum.

  • Challenge assumptions constructively, surface trade-offs early, and create the conditions for fast, high-quality decision-making.

  • Model curiosity, ownership, resilience, and a bias for action across every stage of the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing digital products, platform products, APIs, developer capabilities, enterprise software, or SaaS products.

  • A proven record of personally leading multiple 0→1 software products or significant new capabilities from opportunity identification through launch and iteration.

  • Hands-on experience working directly with software engineering, architecture, design, and data teams to make product and technical trade-offs.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently navigate ambiguity, rapidly learn a new domain, structure complex problems, and move from insight to action.

  • Strong product discovery skills, including problem framing, user or market research, hypothesis development, prototyping, experimentation, and evidence-based prioritization.

  • Experience defining MVPs and thin slices that deliver early value while creating a foundation for scale.

  • Experience owning product outcomes and measurement, including customer value, adoption, performance, operational impact, or commercial results.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and create clarity across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to manage several evolving problem spaces, context switch effectively, and maintain momentum across competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product management experience in a technology company, fintech, SaaS organization, digital consultancy, product agency, startup, scale-up, or similarly fast-paced product environment.

  • Consulting or agency experience involving rapid problem definition, executive engagement, multidisciplinary delivery, and accountability for tangible client outcomes.

  • Experience building reusable enterprise capabilities such as content platforms, search, personalization, identity, consent and preferences, conversational AI, workflow, data, or integration products.

  • Working knowledge of APIs, event-driven or composable architectures, cloud platforms, analytics, experimentation, and modern software delivery practices.

  • Experience launching products across multiple business units, markets, customer segments, or regulatory environments.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled products or the use of AI to accelerate discovery, delivery, operations, or customer experiences.

When you join our team:

  • We’llempower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’llrecognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team,we’llsupport you in shaping the future you want to see.
