Responsibilities

Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven creator marketplace products, services, or features by understanding the needs of product users.

Define the business’s role and strategy in influencer marketing, delivering product enhancement and innovation that maximizes long term growth of the creator ecosystem.

Develop an in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creator) for advertising creatives to identify and execute product improvements and drive adoption and retention.

Collaborate with ecosystem partners, such as influencer marketing agencies, API partners, and talent agencies, to help promote TikTok creator marketing products.

Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership.

Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, or sales teams) to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals.

Mentor junior- and mid-level team members.
