As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a brand new team tasked with taking our market-leading mortgage offering to the largest referral source for lenders, realtors.
This role leadsend-to-end product strategy ownership with people leadership You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers in addition to the direct management of product managers as the team scales. This role will act in a start-up type environment where speed to learnings is key. You will set a 12–24 month product vision to bring impactful savings to borrowers who find their lender through realtor referrals. This is a high-speed, high-impact role focused on taking a market-leading solution into a new, fragmented, and sizeable market.
