The Lead Product Manager is responsible for leading a core AI-driven product focused on helping organizations securely find answers, insights, and decisions from their enterprise content. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a sophisticated AI and search solution, working closely with engineering, marketing, solution engineers, sales, and other key stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in shaping how enterprise customers adopt AI responsibly, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, and government. This product is part of Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) — the company's cloud-native foundation for unifying content, data, and processes across the enterprise.
The salary range for this role is $155,000 – $175,000 The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
