Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Lead Product Manager, you will oversee the creation and upkeep of the media tech platform’s product backlog, which includes product requirement documents, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- You will lead a team of PMs responsible for managing various products within the portfolio.
- You will establish the product strategy and set the direction for the mediatech suite of products.
- You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify new feature opportunities and prioritize development efforts.
- You will develop consumer profiles for users of specific features such as campaign planning, measurement, attribution, and others.
- You will work closely with ecosystem partners to drive multiple integrations.
- You will serve as the subject matter expert for your product, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of competitor intelligence, industry trends, key differentiators, and more.
- You will communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders throughout the organization.
Required Skills:
- 7-12 years of experience in leading global products across international markets.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear understanding of user stories and other product documentation.
- Ability to analyze product usage trends to uncover opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
- A solid technical background, including proficiency in data analysis, market sizing, and decision-making.
- Expertise in the AdTech industry is highly advantageous.
