As aLead – Product Education and Training, reporting to theTechnology leadership team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high‑impact training programs for Nasdaq’sControllerViewplatform. Your work will directly support global financial institutions in meeting complex regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build deep, hands‑on expertise in theControllerViewplatform and regulatory reporting processes, becoming a trusted domain expert

• Design and deliverhigh‑impact training(live sessions, workshops, and webinars) for clients and internal teams across global time zones

• Partner closely withproduct managers, engineers, and global Nasdaq teamsto translate product enhancements into effective learning content

• Createdigital‑first learning experiencesacross eLearning, VILT, hybrid, and instructor‑led formats

• Collaborate withsales and presales teamsto understand client training needs, pitch learning solutions, and support revenue growth using modern tools, including AI‑enabled content platforms

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or relevant field

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and navigating relational databases

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Passion for delivering training

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial technology (FinTech) or regulatory reporting

• Hands-on experience with the AxiomSL / ControllerView platform

This position will be located in Wroclaw and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
