Salary Range:
$133600 - $156900 USD ANNUALLY
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
What you will be doing:
Lead Product Development Engineer will assist in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. The Engineer will perform routine engineering design tasks using standard techniques and support more senior engineers in preparing plans, designs, computation methods, and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Formulate and implement new designs, processes, and procedures for product development and testing, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain effective communication between Engineering and Manufacturing teams to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing departments to ensure all products meet established standards and specifications.
- Team Management: Oversee the 3D Scan team, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development, ensuring the team meets performance expectations.
- Production Goals: Ensure consistent achievement of Tech Center production goals, implementing best practices for time management and efficiency.
- Standards Implementation: Apply and maintain approved development and manufacturing standards, including ISO requirements, throughout the entire development process.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility, tools, and machinery are maintained according to company standards and resources.
- Data Management: Supervise the distribution of proprietary engineering data to support employee training and development.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field.
- 5-8 Years
- Proficiency in standard engineering design techniques and tools.
- Ability to perform routine engineering tasks with guidance and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools (SolidWorks)
