You will join a growing team dedicated to enabling Grab to become a safe and secure platform that promotes sustainable business growth and earns the trust of its users across the platform. The group focuses on ensuring safety, minimizing fraud and abuse, building a trustworthy platform, protecting data integrity, and enabling compliance. Additionally, the team is dedicated to creating legally compliant, safe, and trustworthy user-generated content, and developing solutions that leverage Grab's strengths for clients.
Get to Know the Role
As a Lead Product Designer, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric solutions for both internal and enterprise web tools, as well as mobile applications. Your expertise will drive the design process, influencing strategic decisions that enhance overall user experience. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams to tackle complex problem areas. You will report to the Designer Manager and work onsite at the Grab Malaysia office.
