Get to Know the Team
Our dynamic team drives the marketing platform for merchants across our Southeast Asian on-demand services. We build localized tools for merchant outreach and promotion. Simultaneously, we create engaging promo and ad experiences for consumers across these services in the region, using local insights to enhance user experience and platform engagement.
We are a cross-functional group leveraging data and cultural understanding of South East Asia's on-demand service ecosystem. We innovate localized marketing solutions to fuel growth and satisfaction for merchants and consumers across all our service verticals in the region.
Get to Know the Role
As a Product Designer, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to craft user experiences that balance innovation, feasibility, and impact. You'll draw on user insights, data, and market research to inform design decisions, while staying ahead of UX/UI trends and competitor strategies. Hands-on involvement in user research and testing across Southeast Asia will deepen your understanding of our users and ensure designs are validated and refined to deliver meaningful results.
You will report to Designer Manager and work full-time onsite at the Grab Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.
