As a Lead Product Designer, you will oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation. You will ensure the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences aligned with business goals and user needs. This role requires a balance of creative vision and data-driven decision-making, alongside strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Lead the end-to-end product design process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Define and drive UX/UI vision to create engaging user experiences.
Utilize data insights and user research to validate design decisions.
Establish and maintain design systems and UX standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features.
Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and accessibility standards.
5+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and high-quality UI design.
Experience with complex digital products in gaming, fintech, or similar fields.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
Strong stakeholder management skills to drive consensus.
