Job Purpose: Lead Procurement - MEP is responsible for strategizing and executing cost-effective procurement of MEP materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality. The role involves leading supplier negotiations, managing bids, and aligning procurement with project needs, while ensuring compliance with policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.

Procurement Strategy :

Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP commodities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Supplier Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements for MEP materials and services.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.

Supplier Performance Evaluation:

Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability of MEP commodities.

Market Trends:

Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Bidding Management:

Oversee the bidding process and manage the selection of suppliers for MEP materials and equipment.

Procurement KPI Monitoring:

Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities..

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development:

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Educational Qualification:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience:

12-15 years of experience in procurement within the Data Centers industry - Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing MEP procurement activities - Demonstrated experience in sourcing and purchasing MEP commodities

Certification:

Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (preferred)
