This role supports procurement operations across MSD entities, with a primary focus on managing the quotation (RFQ) process, non-standard purchase orders (POREQ), and supplier communication. This position ensures accurate data management within ERP system and contributes to supplier lifecycle activities, including onboarding, maintenance, and inactivation/reactivation.

Responsibilities, include, but are not exclusively

  • Manage the quotation (RFQ) process, including request handling, communication with suppliers, escalations and follow-ups
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Process and manage non-standard orders (POREQ) and non-standard indirect purchases
  • Support supplier introduction and maintenance flow (new suppliers, updates, and changes)
  • Data management in ERP system across MSD entities
  • Collaborate with Procurement team to align sourcing strategies and operational needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments on a global scale

Other Responsibilities:

  • Contribute on projects following the request of manager
  • Driving changes and improvements of processes (PPI)
  • Working in compliance with KPIs
  • Working in compliance with IMS, EMS, Health and Safety Management System, Quality Management System

Requirements and Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office tools preferred
  • Czech/Slovak language and fluent English needed (verbal and written form)
