2nd Shift Lead Process Technician - 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee/Manage your specific shifts operations.
Assure plant floor is operating at peak productivity, as exhibited by:
Strict adherence to the First and Last Shot Check sheet.
Control Plan Checks, with Quality Reporting via Attribute or Variable Data Systems.
Established limits and guidelines for approved process – Process Monitoring.
Assuring raw materials (resin, components and packaging) are in place for a minimum of four hours into the next shift.
Assuring the floor is clean and organized at shift hand-off.
Assuring the floor is in control and not starting the next shift in an out-of control state.
Stay until which time the above items are covered, and/or the next shift (your customer) approves your departure.
Secondary Responsibilities:Assist in the development of new processes, including, but not limited to the following:
Assist in Preliminary and Final Tooling Reviews.
Assist in quality related tasks (sorting, increased inspection, GR&R’s, Cpk Studies, etc.) as required.
Assist in warehouse management (raw and finished goods movement).
Assist in the maintenance of tooling and equipment as required.
Assist in pulling finished goods materials for shipment as required.
Assist in other job-related activities to help support a clean, safe and affective organization.
