Job Description

Process simplification and Adherence.

  1. Responsible for owning and driving the end to end Senior stakeholder engagement at EXCO level and down to generate buy-in that will enable Process Simplification & Optimization opportunities.
  2. Works in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience, efficiency and risk reduction3.
  3. Identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
  4. Conducts continuous review of industry benchmarks and competition best practices during process assessments.
  5. Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved processes by continuous engagement with L&OD team , also organize training modules to launch the processes.
  6. Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
  7. Conduct thematic checks to analyze the gaps in process adherence.
  8. Creating reports detailing results of process improvement initiative.

Experience: 12 to 16 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
MBA / Any Professional Qualification Preferable
