The Team

This is a rare opportunity to join Commercial Lines in a newly created role at the heart of an exciting transformation journey. We're investing in new technology, automation and smarter ways of working that will help our underwriting teams spend more time supporting brokers and customers and less time on administration.

As Lead Process Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping, embedding and continuously improving processes across our regional underwriting network. Leading a small team, you'll work closely with underwriters, managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, drive adoption of new ways of working and deliver positive change that makes a real difference across the business.

  • You'll work closely with underwriters, managers and stakeholders across the business, helping to identify opportunities to simplify processes and introduce smarter ways of working.

  • You'll contribute to our transformation journey, supporting the introduction of new technology and ensuring new processes are successfully embedded and continuously improved.

  • You'll lead and develop a small team while building strong relationships that help deliver positive change across the organisation.

  • You'll have opportunities to influence strategy, support our Target Operating Model ambitions and make a visible impact across the business.

What you might bring

  • Experience of process improvement, operational excellence, business change or continuous improvement, with a passion for making things work better.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify opportunities and turn insight into practical solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and bring others on the journey.

  • Great communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly, inspire others and handle challenge constructively.

  • Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence knowledge would be beneficial. A Lean qualification would be welcomedbut isn't essential.

💡Not sure you tick every box? That's okay.

We recognise that great candidates bring different experiences and perspectives. If this role interests you and you believe you could add value, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't meet every requirement.
