Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a Lead Process Analyst - to join our team in Dallas, TX at our Irving or Plano facility This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Distribution Inc. business organization. This position will help support all IT initiatives at Boeing Distribution Systems & Components (BDS&C)
The successful candidate will work closely with BDS&C and EBS Leadership to support IT Operations for various applications.
Position Responsibilities:
Comprehend the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
Ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
Work with IBM, Hybris and other customers on daily activities and process improvements
Input to all weekly and monthly reporting outside IBM reports
Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Develop procurement documents (SOW, PR, Monthly Scorecard and write-up for MSA, Track SLA’s and SLO's for MSA)
Grant, review and approval all FF Access request
Review compliance logs and address any discrepancies
Support the Lead Process Analyst with all Governance processes, Problem Management calls,
Produce Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions reports and follow-ups and outage calls to help get to resolution
Attend all Complete ALM and Worksoft Administration Duties
The selected candidate will be required to perform 3 days onsite work at our Irving or Plano locations.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of supporting Information Technology initiatives
3+ years' experience working in SAP
5+ years experience analyzing workloads and managing process flows
