  • Lead cross-functional change from strategy through implementation, building alignment across development, operations, release management, customer success, and other partner organizations.
  • Establish effective program governance and executive communications, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and required actions.
  • Provide technical and program leadership, mentorship, and subject matter expertise while championing continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise cloud platforms, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, networking, distributed systems, or cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience managing operating budgets, project financials, resource planning, or program forecasts.
  • Experience with software development and delivery methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, or related frameworks.
  • Experience leading software development, implementation, or technology transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate complex stakeholder discussions, resolve competing priorities, and build consensus across organizations.
  • Experience driving operational improvements, change management, incident response, risk management, or service reliability initiatives.
  • Relevant project or service management certification such as PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL is a plus.
  • Deep expertise leading large-scale, technically complex programs in highly cross-functional environments.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage on architecture, security, reliability, scalability, and operational considerations.
  • Demonstrated success managing critical escalations, ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex organizational dependencies.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong analytical and business judgment, including experience using KPIs, operational data, cost/benefit analysis, and ROI to guide decisions.
  • Track record of driving process transformation, operational efficiency, and measurable improvements in service or product delivery.
