Leads complex security, trust, and compliance initiatives, leveraging deep expertise in security governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to address highly complex security challenges. Applies broad security engineering expertise to evaluate risks, influence decisions, and ensure security, compliance, contractual, architectural, and operational requirements are effectively integrated into strategic business initiatives, major product launches, mergers and acquisitions activities, and enterprise transformation efforts, enabling delivery of key NetSuite business and product objectives.

Strategic Security Deliverables

• Leads Trust Services engagement for major strategic initiatives and business-critical programs, ensuring security, compliance, trust, contractual, architectural, and operational requirements are identified, prioritized, and delivered in alignment with business and product objectives.

• Drives successful delivery of Trust Services outcomes for major product launches, strategic roadmap initiatives, and enterprise transformation efforts, ensuring security and compliance requirements support rather than impede execution.

• Leads security engagement for mergers and acquisitions activities, ensuring contractual alignment, operational integration, and alignment with Oracle and NetSuite security, compliance, and architecture requirements.

• Provides expert guidance on security, compliance, and risk considerations for complex business initiatives, influencing decisions and supporting successful delivery outcomes.

• Evaluates risks, dependencies, implementation challenges, and organizational impacts, driving alignment and resolution across participating teams.

• Serves as a senior escalation point for complex security, compliance, and operational issues impacting strategic initiatives and business-critical programs.

• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, manage risks, and drive effective resolution of issues affecting delivery objectives.

• Champions strategic security priorities and improvement initiatives that strengthen security posture, compliance readiness, and operational effectiveness across the GBU.

Compliance

• Coordinates comprehensive security, trust, and compliance assessments, identifying and addressing high-complexity compliance gaps, organizational risks, and contractual obligations.

• Oversees review of security and compliance deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal obligations, customer commitments, contractual requirements, and regulatory expectations.

• Performs security, compliance, and operational risk assessments, providing recommendations that support informed business decisions and successful program delivery.

• Partners with stakeholders across Oracle to ensure security, compliance, trust, contractual, architectural, and operational requirements are delivered effectively.

Business Continuity Support

• Partners with stakeholders to ensure security, resilience, compliance, and trust requirements are incorporated into business initiatives and operational planning.

• Evaluates risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges that may impact operational readiness, business continuity objectives, and strategic program delivery.

• Supports readiness for certifications, audits, and assessments, driving continuous improvement and alignment with relevant standards and obligations.

Data Security and Privacy

• Supports due diligence, integration planning, and remediation activities required to align acquired organizations with Oracle and NetSuite security, compliance, trust, and operational requirements.

• Conducts reviews of controls, documentation, and procedures to identify opportunities for improving data security practices and compliance readiness.

• Delivers key strategic priorities that support security, privacy, and trust objectives across the GBU.

Research and Innovation

• Guides research, thought leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to develop solutions addressing emerging security, compliance, contractual, regulatory, and operational challenges.

• Monitors the evolving security, regulatory, and technology landscape, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact strategic initiatives, acquisitions, product roadmap commitments, and trust objectives.

• Drives exploration and adoption of innovative techniques and technologies to address highly complex security, trust, and compliance challenges.
