Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define and lead
  the verification strategy for agentic workflows that generate production-grade
  embedded software
• Design and
  implement self-correcting agent loops from specification to verified code
• Build and
  maintain internal tools, automation interfaces, and scalable CI to validate
  both agents and generated code
• Embed end-to-end
  tracing, logging, and diagnostics across agentic engineering workflows
• Ensure
  Automotive SPICE traceability throughout agentic workflows

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

As a Lead Principal Engineer Agentic
Software Development & Verification, you lead with a verification mindset
and a strong sense of ownership. You communicate clearly, align stakeholders,
and translate ambiguity into actionable engineering direction—especially in
fast-moving, agent-driven development contexts. You coach and mentor others,
raise the bar for rigor and reproducibility, and collaborate effectively across
teams and organizational boundaries to drive shared outcomes.

• Degree in
  Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of
  experience in embedded systems/firmware verification, debugging as verification
  lead
• Strong
  understanding of MCU behavior and embedded debugging techniques
• Solid coding and
  scripting skills (Python, Bash) and hands-on experience with GitLab and Docker
• Proven
  experience building and operating highly automated CI and product verification
  environments
• Strong knowledge
  of test-driven development and verification-driven engineering practices
• Familiarity
  with verification challenges in agent-generated software and agentic workflow
  systems
