Role Purpose:
Lead Pearson’s strategy to expand Inclusive Access (IA) adoption across higher education institutions, ensuring reach, scale, and profitability. This role will connect national pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and value articulation for 2-year and 4-year schools, considering regional market dynamics and discipline-specific needs. The Lead will collaborate across Strategy, Portfolio, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver sustainable growth and equitable access for learners.

Qualifications:
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
The part-time salary range is between $155,000 - $220,000. This position is not bonus eligible, and information on benefits offered is here
