What you'll do

• Lead a safe, nurturing, fun classroom of 1year, 2 years and 3 years
• Teach our L.E.A.P. curriculum with the help of our fun characters
• Share your students' wins with parents through our mobile app and everyday conversations
• Build strong relationships with families and your teaching team

What we're looking for

• 6+ months of paid experience in a childcare or classroom setting (1 year preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (an ECE degree or CDA is a plus, not a requirement)
• A genuine love for children and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and meet Texas childcare licensing requirements
