About the Role:Join The Learning Experience in Bel Air, MD, as a Lead Preschool Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! This role is perfect for passionate educators who want to make a difference in children's lives while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and growth.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking through play-based learning activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be located and eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
