Lead Preschool Teacher (Level 7+) The Learning Experience – Oak Creek, WI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour


We are seeking a Lead-Qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team in Oak Creek. This role requires a Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher Director qualified is a strong plus

This position is ideal for an experienced educator who is confident leading a classroom, mentoring team members, and creating a structured, engaging learning environment that prepares children for kindergarten.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a preschool classroom
  
  
• Plan and implement lessons using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
  
  
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
  
  
• Observe and document student progress
  
  
• Communicate regularly with families
  
  
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
  
  
• Maintain compliance with licensing and school standards

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher (required)
  
  
• Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin licensing
  
  
• High School Diploma or GED required
  
  
• ECE degree preferred
  
  
• Director qualified is a plus
  
  
• Previous preschool lead teaching experience strongly preferred
