Maintain a healthy and pleasant work environment within the unit.
Comply with safety, environmental, and teamwork standards.
Verify compliance with IATF 16949 quality standards, safety requirements, and the plant’s Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
Supervise the work of plant engineers and coordinators.
Coordinate internal movement within the Lead Prep plant according to production requirements.
Implement continuous improvement systems.
Ensure forecast compliance in operational parameters (Quality, Productivity, Scrap, Turnover, and Absenteeism).
Prepare weekly performance reports for the complex’s general management.
Conduct monthly meetings with personnel to encourage and maintain their commitment.
Assist subordinates in problem-solving activities.
Ensure a healthy work environment within the company.
Support the complex’s general management in all activities as required.
Ensure compliance with Lear’s quality policies and procedures, environmental requirements, and workplace standards.
