We'reseeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our Portfolio Marketing efforts for two ofourmajor pillars Back to SchoolandEvergreen Occasions, a new strategic pillar As the Lead, Portfolio Marketing, you willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing comprehensive marketing programs thatbuild our brands’ equity via situationalsalience, growtopline salesin power windows,improvecustomer relationships, anddeliver strongROI. You willmanagetwodirect reportsand collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, including BrandMarketing, Media, Partnerships, AwayFromHome,SalesOperationsand external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Campaign DevelopmentCraft breakthrough andcompellingmarketing campaigns that increase brand situational salience, growbasketsizeand brand crosspurchase,and deliver strong ROIusing quantitative data and strategic clarity to inform creative strategy and tactical execution.

Customer Relationship Building: Developstrong creative platforms that allowfor campaigncreative customization forpriority customers, aligningbothcustomer and brand strategiesenabling oureCom& Customer Marketing Team andourSales teams toleverageas adriver of growth and improvedcustomerrelations

Topline Sales Growth: Partner withBrandMarketing teams, Insights, and agency partners to create compelling marketing communications and promotions that drive sales growthvia cross purchase and bundlingduring keymoments that matter, including:

Evergreen OccasionsLead the development of anewstrategic pillars as we build programs to address the meal occasions that Kraft Heinz brands serve every single dayMoments like breakfast, lunch and dinner arecentral to every household and our brands play key roles acrossevery daypartandyou’lllead the charge to build our approach.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Align with key stakeholders both horizontally and vertically with leadership across Brand teams,eCommerce & Customer Marketing, Sales Operationsand Portfolio Marketing on campaign strategy and development.

Collaborate with Insights and Finance teams to inform consumer & customer strategy and ensureaccuratefinancial forecasting.

Providestrategic guidance, creativedirectionand feedback to both internal and external agency partners on a regular basis.

Partner with and manage expectations with Account Directors at external agency partners to deliver the scope of the program against key milestones.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus onbrand orportfolio marketing and team leadership

  • Experienced in either single or multi-brand strategy & communications

  • Proventrack recordofpositivelyimpactingtopline sales growth, and ROI

  • Leader incollaboration and influencing skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams,externalagenciesand varied stakeholders within a complex organizational matrix

  • Strongstrategic thinkerwith a bias to action and proactivity inproblem-solving

  • Strong communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to senior stakeholders

  • Recognized as strong people leader who values team and individual development

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$141,500.00 - $176,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
