About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Lead Pool Serverto join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate willbe a strong communicator with excellent reading, writing, and verbal English skills, they thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments, confidently handling hot and humid conditions. They balance strong multitasking abilities with organization and service excellence, whiledemonstratingleadership, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills.
What you will do
TheLead Pool Serverwilldeliver service in line with Four Seasons standards by ensuring guests’ needs are met through attentive amenity, food, and beverage service. They manage transactions accurately, complete opening and closing procedures, andmaintainclean, safe, and organized pool areas. They serve guests efficiently,assistwith seating and inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly. Additionally, they support daily operations andspecial events, supervise and guide pool servers, and uphold service standards, stepping into a leadership role when needed to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
What you bring
Knowledge of MICROS preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of food and beverage and/or pool operations experience in a high-volume upscale resort or hotel environment
Previous lead, shift leader, or supervisory experience preferred
TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
Work authorization in the United States
