As a Lead Plumber, you are the face of the company in the field. You diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while delivering a professional, high-trust customer experience.

You don’t just fix plumbing — you solve problems, build long-term customer relationships, and drive revenue through expertise and integrity.

You will operate your own fully stocked truck and be accountable for performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
  
  
• Present options using Straight Forward Pricing with confidence and professionalism
  
  
• Execute repairs and replacements to company standards
  
  
• Test all work before leaving — zero excuses, zero callbacks
  
  
• Explain completed services clearly to ensure full customer understanding
  
  
• Protect the customer’s home (floor savers, clean workspace, organized jobsite)
  
  
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
  
  
• Operate safely on the road and on every job
  
  
• Deliver a 100% satisfaction experience on every call
