Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and highly skilled teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful introduction of Alstom’s products to the field, supporting technical activities, and driving solutions to technical challenges. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as the Product Introduction team, Quality team, Project Engineering team, and external stakeholders like train drivers and customer maintenance teams. You’ll also be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, recommending preventive actions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the Product Introduction period, but also support activities such as reliability growth and configuration control.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting technical activities on Alstom products during the Product Introduction, Commissioning, and Warranty phases
Diagnosing failures and recommending preventive and corrective actions
Defining troubleshooting methodologies and providing technical guidance to technicians
Driving issue resolution through 8D methodology and collaborating with internal and external suppliers
Ensuring the completeness and quality of failure/event data for reliability analysis
Supporting technical reviews and the implementation of field modifications

Experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering

Experience with product configuration control and quality/audit processes
