What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
  • Serve as a point of contact for frontline employees, providing direction, coaching, and support
  • Monitor equipment and processes, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime
  • Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and performance

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
  • Working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety practices
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
