Job Description

We are seeking a strategically minded and results-oriented leader to serve as the Lead of P&TPM and BOSS Simplification, and Performance. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence to deliver measurable productivity gains, enhance organizational performance, and ensure processes are being simplified across the function, while overall operational health of the organization is being measured and reported to demonstrate ongoing progress.

This individual will be a key driver of transformation, responsible for shaping and executing the AI adoption strategy. They will own key end-of-the-end lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives, from ideation and strategic planning to execution, benefits realization, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach to leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping while maintaining rigorous oversight of investments and outcomes.

Success in this role will require building strong partnerships with senior leaders, process owners, and technology, championing a unified roadmap, and establishing a robust framework to ensure that AI investments translate into tangible business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the function-wide strategy for AI adoption, focusing on simplification and performance improvement.
  • Define and manage a unified roadmap for AI, process automation and simplification initiatives, establishing a clear prioritization framework to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize return on investment.
  • Create and operationalize a comprehensive performance framework, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to monitor the health, effectiveness, and organizational impact of AI adoption and simplification efforts.
  • Serve as the accountable owner of the AIM relationship strategy, engagement model execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with functional priorities and the operating model while delivering transparent reporting, consistent execution, and realized value across all AIM engagements.
  • Implement a robust system for tracking all AI and simplification initiatives and track benefits; rigorously measuring their impact and ensuring that projected benefits are realized and reported to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by leading the design and execution of rapid prototypes and Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) to test new AI and automation capabilities and accelerate the discovery of high-value use cases.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and ethical standards by applying sound judgment in all business practices, transparently managing and reporting control issues, and providing effective supervision to create a culture of accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, technology leadership, or a related field within a large, complex, global organization.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic and transformational projects, from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning concepts, and their practical application to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic roadmaps, project portfolios, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive alignment across senior leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in business case development, investment oversight, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and talent development skills.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with AI Governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in process automation using low-code/no-code platforms.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
