WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
The AI Efficiency & Transformation Lead is a senior individual contributor role within People & Culture/GPSD, tasked with a transformative mandate: to reimagine how Global People Service Delivery function operates by embedding artificial intelligence, automation and continuous improvement into its core.
This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, emerging technology and people-centric process design. The primary objective is to define and execute an AI strategy for GPSD - identifying high-impact opportunities where intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows and data-driven insights can enhance how the team delivers services, manages compliance and improves efficiency at scale.
Beyond technology adoption, the AI Efficiency & Transformation Lead drives a culture of innovation within GPSD This means challenging legacy ways of working, introducing structured frameworks for continuous improvement and ensuring that every transformation initiative is grounded in robust governance, compliance and measurable outcomes.
The role partners closely with the Global People Service Delivery Director to shape the transformation roadmap, prioritize initiatives and build the capabilities needed to evolve GPSD into a truly AI-powered, future-ready operation.
