HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care.
Lead LPN/Vaccine Coordinator – Pediatric Medicine
Under the guidance and support of the Director of Nursing, the Lead LPN/Vaccine Coordinator provides clinical leadership, ensuring coordination of patient care and oversight of nursing and MA staff within the Pediatric Medicine Department. The Lead LPN/Vaccine Coordinator serves as a resource for staff, while collaborating with providers and leadership to optimize workflow, ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulation policies to ensure the promotion of high-quality patient care for the pediatric population. The Lead LPN/Vaccine Coordinator ensures coordination, storage and distribution of both state and federal vaccines per DPH guidelines.
Schedule: Mon – Fri: 8:30 am – 5:00pm
Pay Range: $73,236.90 - $87,859.20 annually*
* The pay range represents HealthFirst’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and budget considerations. Candidates with less direct experience may be placed at the lower end of the range, while those with more significant or specialized experience may be considered at the higher end.
