Als Lead People & Payroll (m/w/d) - also Payroll Lead Deutschland - bist du der Schlüssel dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden pünktlich und korrekt bezahlt werden. Damit trägst du maßgeblich zu einem herausragenden Erlebnis für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei. In dieser strategischen und zugleich praxisorientierten Rolle übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für die gesamte Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung. Dazu gehört die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien sowie die Sicherstellung der Compliance.
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren People & Finance Teams sowie Workday Specialists zusammen, um unsere Lohn - und Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren und zu automatisieren. So unterstützt du das starke Wachstum von Picnic in Deutschland. Wir sind nicht nur ehrgeizig in unserem Wachstum, sondern streben auch eine erstklassige Payroll an.
