Whatyou willbe doing
Identifyopportunities to amplify and promote RAC's partnerships through innovative marketing and communication initiatives.
Develop and implement communication plans, promotional campaigns and activation strategies that maximise partnership value.
Coordinate partnership messaging across a range of channels, including webpages,eDMs, social media and internal communications.
Work closely with creative agencies, photographers,videographersand production suppliers to deliver engaging campaigns and assets.
Support the development of creative concepts, storyboards,scriptsand content thatshowcasepartnership outcomes and community impact.
Develop initiatives that build awareness and engagement among both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance, making recommendations to optimise future activity.
Prepare reports and updates for partners and governance groups.
Ensure all partnership activity aligns with RAC brand standards and approval processes.
Manageallocatedbudgets and support partnership-related events and activations asrequired
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in partnership marketing, sponsorshipleverageor campaign activation.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications principles.
Experience working with creative agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Excellent project management, organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insights to improve performance.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Sound knowledge of current marketing practices and emerging industry trends.
