We invite applications for the position of Lead, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships at the EEE Undergraduate Students Office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to student engagement activities, operational and facilities management, and major school events within a dynamic university environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the School’s outreach, admissions engagement, scholarship administration, and student leadership development initiatives. The role offers opportunities to work closely with faculty members, students, alumni, schools, and university stakeholders to drive meaningful student engagement and talent attraction efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate outreach and admissions engagement initiatives targeting Junior Colleges, Polytechnics, and other feeder institutions.
Support strategic admissions engagement and post-offer conversion activities.
Oversee the administration and governance of school-based scholarships and admissions awards.
Coordinate student ambassador and leadership development programmes.
Work closely with faculty, students, alumni, vendors, and university stakeholders to support outreach and engagement objectives.
Coordinate outreach collaterals, branding materials, engagement merchandise, and publicity efforts.
Supervise operational staff and support workflow coordination and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in outreach, admissions, programme management, student development, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical and project coordination capabilities.
Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects concurrently will be advantageous.
