This is a remote position.


We are seeking an experienced
Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Consultant
to lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstream for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation
in Tunisia.
The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end functional delivery, solution design leadership, and governance of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. The consultant must be fluent in French and Arabic, as the Oracle Cloud user interface, business workshops, testing cycles, and user training will be conducted in French and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Leadership & Delivery

  • Act as the SCM workstream lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM

  • Own end-to-end functional solution design and delivery for Supply Chain processes

  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and design sign-off workshops

  • Ensure adoption of Oracle best practices and limit customizations

  • Provide leadership across all phases: design, build, test, cutover, and post-go-live support

  • Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation

  • Lead and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including:

    • Inventory ManagementProcurement

    • (Purchasing, Self Service Procurement)

    • Order Management

    • Manufacturing

  • Define supply chain organizations, item masters, catalogues, units of measure, costing structures, and transactional flows across modules.

  • Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Serve as the primary SCM point of contact for business leaders and implementation partners

  • Lead and mentor SCM functional consultants and analysts

  • Coordinate dependencies with Finance, WMS, and Technical teams

  • Drive issue resolution and lead functional decision-making during escalations

  • Testing, Data & Cutover

  • Own the SCM testing strategy including SIT and UAT

  • Lead master and transactional data migration validation

  • Support end-to-end supply chain testing scenarios

  • Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, and production go-live execution


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules

  • Experience leading at least one Oracle Cloud ERP implementation as SCM Lead

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

  • Proven experience leading functional teams and business stakeholders

  • Language Requirements

    • French – Fluent

    • Arabic – Fluent

    • English – Professional working proficiency
