• As a consultant within the DE team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
• Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications aligned to the Golden Path engineering stack. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frontend engineering, backend services, distributed systems, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, DevOps, observability, automated testing, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end-to-end delivery of business-critical solutions while ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
• Build scalable, reusable frontend experiences (ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, hooks) and robust backend APIs/microservices (Go, Java, Python, Node.js), integrated via REST, gRPC, Thrift, and event-driven patterns.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Own features end to end — from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews; drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, API, Cypress-based UI regression) and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
