岗位概述
Be responsible for leading the production line team (including formulation, filling, and packaging personnel), ensuring efficient and safe daily operations. The Lead Manufacturing Technician must ensure all activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

负责领导产线团队（包括配料、灌装和包装人员），确保日常生产高效安全运行。产线线长须确保所有活动符合EHS（环境、健康与安全）法规和公司政策，并推动安全、质量和生产效率的持续提升。

Key Responsibilities关键职责：

• Be responsible for communicating with the planning department to develop and schedule the weekly production plan based on requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility of production tasks.

负责与计划部门沟通，根据需求制定和排出每周生产计划，确保生产任务清晰、可行。

• Monitor production progress to ensure products are completed on time and promptly handled for warehousing, guaranteeing a smooth logistics chain.

监督生产进度，确保产品按时完成并及时办理入库手续，保障物流链条顺畅。

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of formulation, filling, and packaging operators to ensure smooth and safe production operations.
  监督和协调配料、灌装和包装操作员的日常工作，确保生产操作平稳安全进行。

• Perform troubleshooting on reagent production equipment in compliance with EHS standards and lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  按照EHS标准和上锁挂牌（LOTO）程序，进行试剂生产设备的在线问题处理。

• Supervise and verify that formulation, filling, and packaging operators perform daily equipment inspection as required, ensure all operations comply with safety standards, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential EHS hazards.

监督并确认配料、灌装及包装操作员按要求完成设备的日常点检工作，确保所有操作符合安全规范，并定期检查以识别潜在的EHS隐患。

• Support normal production operations with a focus on safe work practices and emergency preparedness.
  协助正常生产操作，重点关注安全作业实践和应急响应准备。

• Assist in the validation and verification of production equipment or processes, ensuring full EHS compliance throughout.
  支持生产设备或工艺的验证与确认，确保全过程符合EHS要求。

• Lead continuous improvement activities within the production process with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  领导生产过程的持续改进活动，重点关注安全、质量和效率。

• Possess data analysis and problem-solving skills, utilizing relevant tools to identify production trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.

具备数据分析和问题解决能力，能运用相关工具识别生产趋势、分析根本原因并实施改进。

• Conduct regular emergency evacuation drills as required and ensure all team members are proficient in the procedures.

按要求定期执行应急疏散演练，并确保所有团队成员熟练掌握流程。

• Organize and participate in EHS training, audits, and incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
  组织和参与EHS培训、审核及事故调查，在团队内推广安全文化。

• Conduct or participate in EHS inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations as required.
  按要求开展或参与EHS检查、风险评估和事件调查。

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
  履行其他分配的任务。

Educational Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: College degree or above, in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Antimachine technology, or related fields is preferred.

学历要求：大专及以上学历，生物技术、化学工程、自动化技术等相关专业优先。

Experience and Other Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or maintenance, with some team coordination or leadership experience.

具备5年以上生产制造操作或设备维护经验，有团队协调或领导经验者优先。

• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly responding to and resolving emergencies in the production process.

良好的沟通能力和问题解决技巧，能够迅速响应并解决生产过程中的突发事件。

• Open to all genders; must demonstrate a positive work attitude, honesty, patience, and attention to detail.

男女不限，需具备良好的工作态度，为人正直、耐心、细致。

• Willing to work overtime as required.

愿意按公司要求配合加班。

• IVD reagent/Liquid media manufacturing experience is preferred

有体外诊断化学试剂或培养基生产经验优先。
