Job requirements

  • Experience Range: With at least 1 to 3 years of experience, including hands-on exposure to healthcare application support, EHR systems, production support, testing, or systems analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, Care Everywhere, and related provider or payer workflows by executing assigned application tasks efficiently. 2. Own and deliver defined support, testing, workflow analysis, build preparation, enhancement, and documentation activities with moderate supervision, ensuring timely completion. 3. Drive upgrades, updates, validation, incident resolution, and client-specific application activities to maintain system reliability and regulatory compliance. 4. Collaborate with Epic specialists, client teams, and delivery stakeholders during U.S. business hours to achieve project milestones and resolve issues promptly. 5. Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation including ticket notes, test evidence, knowledge articles, workflow notes, and support records. 6. Participate in structured Epic training and client-specific knowledge transfer to accelerate ramp-up and expand technical expertise. 7. Develop proficiency across multiple Epic modules and maintain flexibility until final program assignment is confirmed. 8. Apply supervision and feedback to continuously improve delivery quality, demonstrating initiative and effective escalation discipline. Required Skills: 1. Epic application exposure (Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, Care Everywhere) 2. Healthcare application support 3. Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems 4. Production support in healthcare IT 5. Software testing and validation for healthcare applications 6. Workflow analysis in healthcare IT 7. Incident resolution and troubleshooting in Epic environments 8. Technical documentation for healthcare applications Preferred Skills: 1. Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency 2. Hands-on experience with Epic modules such as Prelude, clinical workflows, scheduling, or patient engagement 3. Provider workflow expertise in Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence 4. Payer workflow experience including Care Everywhere, interoperability, claims, enrollment, prior authorization, and care management 5. Experience with provider connectivity and payer-platform workflows Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a closely related discipline 2. Epic certification or accreditation (preferred) 3. Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or similar healthcare IT certification (preferred)
