Job Description

Step into the role of Lead Operations Coordinator and take charge of coordinating daily workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks in a busy setting.

The Lead Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the distribution of work among employees, monitoring progress to meet strict deadlines, and collaborating with supervisors to set priorities. This role requires providing basic guidance to team members and may include handling customer transmission files to support operational success.

• PAY RATE: 20.50 hour
• LOCATION: Monterey Park, CA 91754
• SHIFT: 5:45am to 2:15pm - Sunday thru Thursday

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to employees based on established priorities.
• Monitor processing of work to meet processing deadlines.
• Work with Supervisor to determine appropriate processing priorities.
• Answer basic questions from employees.
• Perform duties applicable to Processing Specialist I, II, III, and IV job descriptions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to read and make decisions independently.
• Capable of working well both independently and collaboratively for all clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change and eager to learn new processes as the business evolves.
• Must meet Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
