Job Description

The Role of Lead OnPoint Data Quality Specialist

Under limited supervision, oversees data quality processes within the "Third Eye" system, acting as a lead for the team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Develops standards, conducts audits, resolves data issues, and provides training, playing a crucial role in maintaining data integrity for effective decision-making. This position may require being on-site daily.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentorship to OnPoint Data Quality team.
  • Follows guidelines to ensure customer overages and contamination violations are verified and applied as necessary within the “Third Eye” system.
  • Reviews video footage from trucks and investigates and documents issues utilizing available technology.
  • Enters and confirms pricing and quantities that affect customer invoices.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on operational data as requested.
  • Audits data and makes conclusions.
  • Works collaboratively with all teams to meet or exceed all contractual requirements and ensures the highest level of service for the customer.
  • Generate reports, as needed.
  • Provides backup support to customer service; responds to service email requests.
  • Assists with training and development.
  • Special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five years of customer service-related experience.
  • Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Clerical skills.
  • Attentiveness and analytical thinking skills.
  • Customer/Client orientation.
  • Detail oriented with ability to problem solve.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
