Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• Total 15+ years of experience in a Offshore Project Execution engaging major FEED and EPC contractors, experience of working in the Offshore fields with Brownfield Projects, Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS), and debottlenecking of operating facilities with broad experience of projects and engineering.
• Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, coordination, planning and interface skills.
• Good proactivity, negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
