Job Overview

XBrain is hiring a Lead of Delivery to own production outcomes for Xora, XBrain's agentic AI platform, based in Da Nang.

This is an internal capability-building role rather than a client-facing delivery role: your mission is to convert product requirements and use cases into a production rhythm that is sustainable, scalable, and continuously improving — and to develop the people who run it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Planning & Production Ownership

• Own and maintain the production plan: outcomes, production waves, handover milestones, and feasible commitments.
• Organize production: split into waves, form groups, assign people by capability, and define how workstreams coordinate.
• Hold delivery commitments: handle variances, adjust execution setup, and propose changes when input conditions change.

1. Capacity & Resource Management

• Allocate people, verify capability, and arrange mentoring, review, and integration support.
• Arrange specialist support: agree reviewers, mentors, and integration contacts, together with their committed hours.
• Track resource utilization, rework, and variance against plan; recommend resourcing changes.

1. Team & Capability Development

• Use work output to determine who can take harder assignments and which capabilities need strengthening.
• Build leads, coach junior/entry-level engineers, and progressively increase people's scope of autonomy.
• Improve efficiency: reduce repeat defects, waiting time, and support effort through standard templates, guidance, and appropriate testing.

1. Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

• Directly manage the Project Manager – XBrain Delivery and the delivery activity of assigned production groups.
• Coordinate with the HCMC team on inputs, supporting capacity, dependencies, and decisions requiring resolution.

1. Reporting

• Report to the CEO on delivery results, production capability, and resource needs.
• Ensure deliverables meet the validation process and are handed over under the right conditions.

Key Requirements

1. Experience

• 5-7+ years of experience in delivery including running software delivery across multiple teams.
• Proven experience managing and developing junior/entry-level engineering teams at scale (e.g. overseeing the production output of 30–50+ people).
• Experience working with architects, technical leads, and cross-office or remote teams.
• Experience in an AI, data, or software product engineering environment preferred; BFSI/banking client delivery experience is not required — this is an internal delivery role.

1. Technical & Domain Understanding

• Understands architecture well enough to assess feasibility, dependencies, and delivery risk.
• Comfortable working with architects, engineers, QA, and senior management to make practical delivery decisions.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows is a plus — specific product knowledge is covered during onboarding.

1. Leadership & Management Capability

• Demonstrated ability to decide execution priorities, allocate resources, hold commitments, and develop a team.
• Strong people leadership: builds leads, coaches juniors, manages performance, and works effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of improving delivery efficiency (defect rates, cycle time, resourcing) through process and tooling.
