Job Description

Highlights:

  • The position is located at RLIC site and is responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and functional direction related to all aspects of contracting and change management including, the pre-award formulation of tender packages, administration up to Contract award and thereafter responsible for the post award management up to close-out of an EPC project and other miscellaneous contracts to support the NFXP Project.
  • Strong skills and experience required in the post-award contract management activities to ensure contractual compliance and in change management from trend to change order issuance.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering; or Bachelor Law or Business.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of broad post award contract management, tendering & contracting, procurement experience on major oil and gas projects.
  • Experience in change management, including trends.
